For a logistics transit warehouse with a daily throughput of 100,000 pieces, the sorting process alone requires 85 workers.

4.1 Rotating-wheel sorters are driven by a motor. The steering controller changes the direction of the conveyor rollers, thereby accurately and quickly sorting goods on the main conveyor line to the corresponding outlets.

4.2 The conveyor roller surface of the rotary wheel sorter utilizes an overmold (or overmold polyurethane) structure, effectively preventing surface damage to items during steering and sorting.

4.3 The synchronous steering operation of the rotary wheel sorter: Based on the sorting software settings, it receives sorting signals and delivers items to the designated exit as instructed. This sorting information can be input into the sorting control software through methods such as barcode scanning and weight detection.

4.3 The sorting destination exit of the rotary wheel sorter is the channel that guides sorted items off the main conveyor (or main conveyor belt) and into the collection area. This channel is typically composed of steel belts, belts, and rollers, guiding items from the main conveyor to the collection platform. There, personnel gather all items at this exit and either store them in a warehouse or assemble them for delivery.

4.4 The rotary wheel sorter is widely used in e-commerce logistics transfer centers, internal sorting in distribution centers, and retail delivery scenarios, meeting the sorting needs of various boxes, bags, bottles, books, and parcels.
