 Rotary wheel sorter, used for SMT tape materials, automatic sorting and unloading projects。

ASM loading group automatic sorting and unloading production line, related processes and procedures:

 

1. Loading (manual loading to conveyor belt line + material box buffer rack): material box buffer rack, which can store 4 boxes of materials to be sorted;

2. The height of the belt line from the ground is 850±50mm; the belt needs to be anti-static (the grounding resistance of the transmission system is <1×109Ω),

3. Scanning part: Scan the code to identify the QR code information, read the information maintained by MES, save the order list to the local for sorting and comparison, and after the order is completed, the list will be automatically deleted after one day of saving. When changing the order, review the completion of the previous order. If there is a shortage of materials, an alarm is required, and the MES is sent back to trigger the replenishment process. The upper computer sends instructions to the sorting machine for sorting;

4. Materials that are not for this order, materials that have not been scanned successfully, and materials that cannot match the station are uniformly sent as NG Information to the sorting machine, so that it can be sorted to the NG exit;

5. The scanning station is equipped with a human-machine interface to display the scanning information status in real time (including order information, station list information, quantity, station passing status, etc.);

6. Dynamic scanning and scanning at different heights are OK (the height range of the material tray is 7mm~54mm);

7. Manual processing of sorting abnormalities and alarms, the alarm method is buzzer + indicator light;

8. Sorting section: The installation panel and the material of the blanking port of the swing wheel sorting machine are SUS-304

(surface brushed); the blanking port is equipped with a sensor to determine whether the blanking is successful? 9. An alarm light is installed at each position of the unloading port, and the personnel manually reset it to confirm the box change status;

10. The upper computer has two modes: material sorting and material preparation:

10.1 In the material sorting mode, each sorting port sorts according to the information maintained in the local database

(the number of material number library data that can be maintained needs to be ≥10,000);

10.2 Material preparation mode: manually scan the order number to obtain the order station table + material ID list from MES

and download it to the local;

11. Scan the code abnormally and sort it to the NG exit; sort it to the NG exit if it is not the same order;

12. Beat requirement: ≤ 3s/pcs;
