The arm wrapping machine, sword-piercing packaging machine and AGV trolley are used for the transportation and packaging of auto parts.

Process flow:

1.The goods are transported to the packaging station by the AGV
trolley. When the strapping ma-chine receives the AGV signal, it
starts strapping.

2.The strapping machine control system adopts PLC control and
cooperates with the AGV to complete the operation. The bonding
 method uses friction welding to bond the top surface of the pallet
goods to meet the requirements of continu-ous 24-hour long-term
 operation.

3. After the packaging is completed, the AGV carries the goods into
 the waiting position and prepares for wrapping. station.
